“Due to travel conditions, the City is suspending all programming at City-run recreation facilities and libraries for the remainder of the day, effective at 2 p.m., and closing all City-run recreation facilities and libraries. These facilities will remain closed and lessons cancelled tomorrow, on Saturday, October 12, 2019.”
