Gordon Linney (1929-2014) was a coach, advocate for summer figure skating in Manitoba, and lifelong supporter of the skating community. To continue his legacy, Skate Winnipeg will again be awarding scholarships this summer in his memory. These scholarships are open to any summer registrant in STAR 1-Gold, AdultSkate, or Podium Pathway who is registered and participates for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Applications should include skater name, number of Summer Session weeks registered, skating level (STAR, Adult, or Podium Pathway), and 200 to 300 words on: What does ‘Skating for Everyone’ mean to you?

Scholarships will be awarded to successful applicants after submissions have been received.
Deadline for submission is August 8, 2022.
