These decisions are difficult and were not taken lightly, we understand that this decision affects our skaters, coaches, organizers, officials who have been working hard for months to prepared for these events, however in the interest of public health and safety in an ever changing environment we believe it is for the best. We continue to support the province’s recommendations and protocols to help limit the spread of COVID -19 in our communities.

Skate Canada Manitoba also recommends that Clubs and Skating Schools in our Section become familiar with the recent recommendations from the Manitoba Government, as well as contact your local municipality and facilities in regard to any club and skating school programming.
